Restaurant Review: Founding Farmers

Deviled eggs.   Shrimp.  Tall glasses of iced tea.  Sounds like summer, no?  Makes you think of sitting on a picnic bench, fireflies flitting around, smoke from the grill scenting the hot, summer air.
